PTB瓷砖胶是一种经特殊工艺加工生产的干粉材料，通过与水充分搅拌混合制成的粘结砂浆完全固化从而有效保证附着力，牢牢粘合地面、墙面。康波力特三元聚合物墙地瓷砖胶除了优异的粘结性能，还具有防滑性，施工过程中无需担心粘结面移动所带来的问题。

P.T.B-FLEXcement QD is a dry powder material which is a special process of production,mixed with water and fully mixed with the mortar is completely cured to effectively ensure the adhesionfirmly bonded to the ground,Wall P.T.B-FLEXcement QD .In addition to excellent bonding properties, but also has a slip resistance,the construction process without worrying about the problems caused by the movement of the adhesive surface.
施工工艺
基层应具有多孔粗糙、无裂缝、无明水、无空鼓的坚固表面结构；所有能引起分离的物质必须清楚干净；空鼓、裂缝，不平整处应先修补。
将清水与瓷砖胶粉料按1:4配比充分均匀搅拌至胶浆状，静置十分钟后方可使用。
用齿型刮板将胶浆涂于施工基面，使之均匀分布，并形成齿状。
如果要求粘贴背沟较深的瓷砖时，除工作基面外还应在瓷砖的背沟处涂抹胶浆以避免空鼓。
Application

The water and ceramic tile powder by 1: 4 ratio of the full uniform mixing to the Mucilage, it should stand for 10 minutes before use;
The mortar is applied to the construction base surface with a toothed blade so that it is evenly distributed and forms a dentate shape;
If it is required to paste the trench deep tiles, in addition to the work of the base surface should also be in the tiles of the trench at the back of the mortar to avoid hollowing.
适用范围
本产品适用于低吸水率的玻化砖、仿古砖、抛光砖、大理石等背胶；
本产品适用于防水泥批荡扇灰脱落，老墙翻新防水防脱落。
USE
This product is suitable for low water absorption of glass tiles, antique tiles, polished tiles, marble and other adhesive;
This product is suitable for anti-cement dust fan off, the old wall renovation waterproof anti-off.
注意事项
本品宜在5℃~40℃的环境下使用；
严禁将已经干结的胶浆加水混合后再使用；
施工后约1~2小时可用湿布清洁瓷砖表面；
若在地面施工，施工完成24小时后方可踏入进行后续施工；
面积或重量特异的石材，需现场做粘贴实验，以确定是否适宜采用无钉粘贴。
Notice
This product should be used in the environment of 5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃;

未开封产品在正常贮存运输条件下，保质期12个月
选择干燥、阴凉、通风处存放，以免受潮变质缩短保质期
